Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy

At Anthropos India Foundation, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.

1. Digital Products

  • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds on digital copies of books. All sales of digital products are final.

2. Printed Books

  • Replacement Only for Damaged Products: We offer replacements only for printed books received in a damaged condition. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with proof of damage (photos).
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for printed books. If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

3. Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after processing.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective printed book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders are shipped according to applicable taxes and charges.

3. Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to physical addresses — no P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Anthropos India Foundation is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order; these are the customer's responsibility.
